According to reports, Juan Soto has received offers from five teams in free agency.

The rest of the market is still dominated by Juan Soto's free agency while teams wait for the 26-year-old to make a game-changing decision. Numerous teams have reportedly already placed bids for Soto after talks with the outfielder and his agent Scott Boras.

During talks with teams last week, MLB Network's Jon Morosi confirmed a report by Randy Miller of NJ.com that five organizations had submitted bids for Soto's services. These teams include the Los Angeles Dodgers, New York Yankees, New York Mets, Boston Red Sox, and Toronto Blue Jays.

Soto may take some time to make a decision, and those teams may try to outbid each other by submitting better proposals. Other teams may participate as well and submit their own bids. Soto's next deal might be for around $700 million, according to rumors. It may also include deferred money, like the one Shohei Ohtani inked with the Dodgers in December 2023.

With 41 home runs and a.989 OPS, Soto enjoyed a great season with the New York Yankees the previous season. In order to remain in the Bronx, where he and Aaron Judge may create a formidable team for some time to come, he might still sign with the team.
